In addition to conducting investigations, our staff is ready to go beyond the normal investigative process, at the customer’s request, by acting as liaison with law enforcement and other governmental agencies active in the insurance fraud arena. This interaction enables us to bring information to our customers that is relevant to current and emerging fraud trends and the ways in which our customers can continue to effectively control insurance fraud. 

The Insurance Services Division, coupled with Phoenix Research Corporation’s surveillance operation provides a seamless investigative product that will enhance the claims process and ensure that files are documented in a timely and professional manner. 

Our Insurance Services Division is capable of acting as a support unit for current SUI’s or as an insurance carrier’s sole investigative arm to comply with state statues.
